Travel as much as you can while you can! I’m living that motto now! And you or your loved ones are not promised tomorrow so take advantage of the time you have with others! My mom died over 20 years ago at a young age, and I’m reminded the things she didn’t get to do so I try to not take anything for granted and enjoy the ‘moments’!

Sorry to hear about your mom's passing, Marlo. It's so true, we can't take any person or moment for granted. At times I forget we aren't going to live forever, so it's important to make the most of life. I'm happy this post resonated with you!

Daniel, So interesting about Nubia. I wasn't sure where it was, and now I know. I first heard about Nubia through a group back in the early oughts- Les Nubians. Loved the music then started to check it out more. Wow. The pyramids there are simply incredible. So amazing. Good post--along w. all the other info!

Yes, their pyramids are quite amazing. It's a place I'd love to visit one day! Unfortunately the political climate their makes it hard for foreigners. Thanks for reading, Jeanine!

Hey Daniel, I enjoy reading your travel posts. This one hit home with me. 'Remembering Moments,' sooo true! Thanks for sharing about Richard--a reminder to me to connect with people before they're gone. Plus, I learned something new about the Sudan--it has pyramids! Keep writing! :)

Thank you so much for the mention, Daniel! I’m honored my words resonated with you. Your story about your uncle Richard hit home; it’s a powerful reminder that time waits for no one. You’ve captured the message perfectly: make the call, take the trip, live fully, no more almosts.
