Thanks for reading Jeanine! Of course, you have an excellent publication so I wanted to share. Chinese New Year is very interesting and there’s so much history. I appreciate the comment.
Yes Daniel! We were in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) at Tet about 6 yrs ago. It was incredible, yellow chrysanthemums everywhere, then went over to Can Tho, on the river for a few days, the water markets etc. It was great being there during Tet.

My pleasure. Always a treasure trove of travel info. A great site for itinerant travelers. Have you ever been in Asia during Chinese New Year or Tet?
Yes I have! I was in Vietnam during Tet in 2019. It was a fascinating experience. Have you?
I suggest Georgia! one of my favorite places! Nice people, great mountains, cities and the black sea!
Good to know Flavio! It seems like an excellent destination. Thank you for reading!

It’s a fun time. The food in Vietnam never disappoints either.
So true! So good. In Hanoi we'd get lunch sitting on those little stools on the street for like $2USD. So good!
Anything for under $5 is great in my opinion!
